									<div class="column"><p>Azzurri Burrata is a pasta filata cheese made by Azzurri Cheese in Victoria, Australia.</p><p>Burrata is an Italian cow milk cheese (occasionally buffalo milk) made from <a href="https://thecheeseatlas.com/cheese-profiles/mozzarella/">Mozzarella</a> and cream. Whilst its outer casing is solid cheese, the inside of the cheese contains Stracciatella and cream. Overall, this results in an unusual, soft texture.
