crunchy outside, chewy inside

olive oil
extra virgin

Provolone Dolce

slices
Genoa salami
thinly sliced

boiled ham
thinly sliced

capicola
thinly sliced

cup
iceberg lettuce
shredded
1/2
tomato
sliced
1/8
red onion
thinly sliced

tbsp
peperoncini
coarsely chopped
black pepper to taste
ground
oregano to taste
dried
parsley to taste
dried
salt to taste
Instructions
Cut the hoagie roll length-wise almost entirely through.
1 hoagie roll
Liberally drizzle extra virgin olive oil on both sides
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Layer Provolone Dolce on each side of bread
4 slices Provolone Dolce
Add the meats on top of the cheese until covered
3 slices Genoa salami,
2 slices boiled ham,
3 slices capicola
Top with iceberg lettuce, red onion and hot peppers
1/2 cup iceberg lettuce,
1/8 red onion,
1 tbsp peperoncini
Season with salt, peperoncini, oregano and parsley
black pepper to taste,
oregano to taste,
parsley to taste,
salt to taste
Add in tomatoes, close the roll and cut in half
1/2 tomato
Notes
Hoagie can be stored in refrigerator for up to 72 hours.
