Bake the cheese for 20-30 minutes, or until it is soft and gooey.
While the cheese is baking, chop the fresh thyme and mint.

Remove the cheese from the oven and sprinkle the chopped herbs over the top.
Serve the cheese immediately with a sliced and buttered baguette or pita bread for dipping.
Notes
You will want to buy a block of Feta for this recipe. If the block is too big to fit in your dish, you can slice it.
However, we do not recommend you dice the Feta because it will lose too much moisture when baking.
Moreover, you will want to avoid any pre-marinated Feta likeMeredith Dairy Goat Cheese. The reason for this is that the flavours will clash with the other ingredients in this recipe.
