use buttermilk for extra richness

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, preferably three hours before you intend to serve the dip.
200 g Gorgonzola Piccante,
100 ml sour cream,
50 g mayonnaise,
1/4 tsp rock salt,
1/8 tsp black pepper,
1 tbsp fresh milk
Keep cool in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
This dip will keep in the refrigerator for approximately one week.
